Objectives

Ophthalmological intrumentation research; development and clinical testing of new screening and diagnostic techniques in amblyopia and strabismus diagnosis, research in strabismology and physiological optics.

Methods

Digital imaging techniques, image processing, objective diagnosis algorithms, optics, exact computer ray tracing, Purkinje imagery, eccentric videorefraction, statistical data analysis, neural networks.
